How do residents interact with the platform?

Residents use WhatsApp to create gate passes, pre-authorise visitors, and receive entry notifications. There is no app to download. They simply message the estate bot from their existing WhatsApp number.

How does the anomaly detection work?

The system monitors gate activity patterns and flags suspicious behaviour automatically. This includes unauthorised entries, headcount mismatches between logged occupants and gate records, and unusual timing gaps in guard logging. Alerts appear in the admin dashboard.

What hardware do we need to get started?
